Both programs share the same foundation in Chinese medical theory, diagnostic methods, and biomedical sciences. The difference is depth: the Master of Acupuncture focuses on acupuncture practice, while the Master of Acupuncture and Chinese Herbal Medicine adds comprehensive training in the classical herbal traditions and integrated nutrition.
